Internal Combustion Engines

Post by JohnG » Thu Aug 11, 2011 6:06 pm

If I remember right, this was planned before, but it would be really cool to see!
It would kind of take alot of work for the models but it would be nice.

This is an awesome idea.I second this.
My best friend is Samuel Colt,The wicked six-gun that i tote
And hes always around when i need him most
Leaps so fast in my hand, and he'll knock down any man
Drink a toast to my best friend, Samuel Colt

If there is something like this coming,i hope its not limited to car motors, would like the wright whirlwind/cyclone,the Rolls-Royce Merlin, and maybe the Daimler-Benz DB-605.

I don't know if this would work for newer engines. For example I don't think BMW is gonna let us disassemble their latest 3.0 turbo because it's state-of-the-art tech and they probably wouldn't wanna share how it works with the public. Older stuff like a Hemi, now that would probably work, it being out of date now. (Secretly think the Hemi would be way more awesome)

+1 to this, so many interesting options... Two stroke simple engines, four stroke linear. V8, radial engines. Rotary engines, diesel, and of course the classics... Hemi v8, rolls royce Merlin, db609, the first Daimler, wright cyclone, wasp, etc...
